September 4 "The Karluk Disaster" – Ernest Chafe recalls Bartlett's heroism during "the greatest Arctic disaster
since the Franklin Expedition. 3:00pm Part of Live! On the Lawn Theatre which brings to life celebrated Arctic explorer, Captain Bob Bartlett and historic Brigus during July and August. Performed by members of The Baccalieu Players, each of the four 20-minute theatrical vignettes takes place once week.
